Kepo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Kepo app distributed through the Apple App Store.

1. Information You Provide

Depending on how you use Kepo, you may provide:

• Account details such as email address, display name, profile photo, and short bio
• Age confirmation information used to verify that you are 18 or older
• Diary records, photos, collections, and community posts or comments you create
• Support messages you send to us

2. Information Collected Automatically

We may process limited app and account information needed to operate Kepo, such as app version, platform type, and purchase status for subscriptions or in-app currency. Personal content you create is synchronized and stored through our cloud service to provide continuity across sessions and restore your account when you sign in again.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide diary, collection, and community features
• Process purchases restored through Apple
• Respond to support requests
• Maintain safety, integrity, and age-appropriate use of the service

4. Photos and Content

Photos, diary entries, and collections you add are stored through our cloud service in connection with your account. Community posts you publish may be visible to other people using Kepo according to the features you choose. We do not sell your personal information.

5. In-App Purchases

Kepo offers optional in-app purchase services, including VIP subscriptions, virtual coins, and other digital content.

All payments are completed through the Apple App Store. We do not obtain your bank card, credit card, or other payment account information.

We receive only the purchase information returned from the App Store that is necessary to operate the service, such as purchase status, order identifiers (not full payment details), and subscription validity periods. We use this information to verify purchase eligibility, unlock member benefits, and restore purchase records.

For these purposes, Kepo may store subscription status, virtual coin balances, and related quotas or unlock flags through our cloud service associated with your account. Purchase information is not used for advertising or marketing and is not sold to third parties.

6. Sign in with Apple and Email

If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple may share an identifier and, if you allow it, a name or private email relay address. If you use email sign-in, your credentials are used only to authenticate your account within Kepo.

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only when required to operate the app, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or with service providers who help us deliver support under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

You may log out or delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account removes account-associated data from our cloud service, subject to any limited retention required by law. Some records may remain for a limited period where legally required.

9. Children

Kepo is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Your Choices

You may update your profile, restore purchases, or delete your account at any time from the app.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect material changes. Continued use of Kepo after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
